Privacy Policy and Notice

Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains what personal information Ttreko collects when you use ttreko.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to our website, our customer support channels and our marketing communications. Last updated September 18, 2026.

1. About This Policy

Ttreko is owned and operated by Chamaine Yolanda Grays at 1521 11th Street, Charleston, IL 61920, United States. We decide how and why your personal information is processed; Shopify Inc. provides the platform on which the Site runs and processes data under our instructions. 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers and contact details — name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, provided when you order or contact us.
Order and payment information — products purchased, order value, and payment details. Card numbers are collected and processed directly by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe); we see only the last four digits and the payment method.
Account and communication data — messages you send us, reviews you submit, and your customer service history.
Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs and interactions with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Marketing preferences — whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from our emails.

3. Retention Periods

Retention is tied to purpose: transaction data stays for 7 years (tax and warranty), support tickets for 3 years, marketing consent records until you opt out plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again, and technical logs for up to 12 months. After that, we delete or anonymize the data unless we must keep it for a legal claim or a statutory obligation.

4. Why We Use Your Data

Your information is used for the purposes for which you gave it and for related purposes you would reasonably expect: fulfilling and shipping orders and keeping you informed about them; answering questions and resolving problems; detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions; meeting our legal and accounting obligations; understanding how the Site is used so we can improve it; and marketing, only where you have agreed or where the law allows us to contact existing customers about similar products, always with an easy way to opt out.

5. Third Parties

Your data is shared with service providers that help us deliver what you bought, each bound to use it only for that purpose: Shopify, which hosts our store; Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and the payment networks, for payment and fraud screening; carriers and warehouses in the United States, China and the European Union — including USPS, UPS and JS Express — which receive delivery details; the email, messaging and help-desk tools we use to support you; and analytics and advertising platforms that set cookies on the Site (see the Cookie Policy for controls). We also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We never sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the cookie-based advertising you can opt out of.

6. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase, we may send you promotional emails about products, offers and news from Ttreko. Every marketing email identifies us as the sender, includes our postal address (1521 11th Street, Charleston, IL 61920, United States) and contains an unsubscribe link; opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and you will continue to receive transactional emails about your orders. 7. Your Privacy Rights (United States)

We extend the following rights to every customer in the United States, whether or not your state's privacy law applies to a business of our size: to know what data we have about you and receive a copy; to correct it; to have it deleted, except what we must keep for orders, taxes or disputes; and to opt out of marketing, targeted advertising (controls on the Cookie preferences page) and any sale or sharing of personal information (we sell none). Requests go to support@ttreko.com; we confirm your identity through your order email and answer within 45 days, and you can appeal a refusal by replying. Exercising your rights never affects the price or service you receive. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals; we do treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising cookies.

8. Minors

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@ttreko.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data Security

Your data travels over encrypted connections, card payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors so full card numbers never reach us, and only authorized staff can access customer records. We rely on Shopify's security infrastructure for hosting. While we work hard to keep information safe, no system is invulnerable; in the event of a security incident involving your personal information, we will inform you and the authorities in accordance with applicable breach-notification laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The effective date at the top is updated whenever we do, and material changes are announced on the Site or by email to customers before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
