Terms of Service

Welcome to Ttreko. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Chamaine Yolanda Grays, the operator of ttreko.com, and apply to all visits and purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. Your use of the Site or completion of an order constitutes acceptance.

1. About Us

Ttreko is the trading name of Chamaine Yolanda Grays, an individual seller located at 1521 11th Street, Charleston, IL 61920, United States. We sell consumer electronics online through this Site. You can reach us at support@ttreko.com or the contact form, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Central Time (CT)).

2. Age Requirement

Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter into contracts. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly collect their data. When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Returns and Cancellation

Our cancellation and refund terms, in summary: cancel at no cost before the order ships; return eligible items within 90 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, to 1521 11th Street, Charleston, IL 61920, United States; return postage is free; refunds go back to the original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (7 business days for cancellations); faulty or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free of charge. The full Return and Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout, governs in case of any difference.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available to the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 11–14 business days with Economy Shipping (USD 9.44; free from USD 89) or 9–12 business days with Express Shipping (USD 24.90). Tracking is provided for every shipment. Should a shipment be delayed beyond the promised date, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Our Shipping Policy contains the complete terms and forms part of this agreement.

5. How Orders Work

Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you receive an order confirmation email; this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not accept it. A contract of sale is formed when we ship the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a shipping address we cannot serve; if we do, any payment is refunded in full within 7 business days. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in USD. The price of an item is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and shown at checkout. The total shown at checkout — items, shipping and taxes — is the total you pay; we do not add fees afterwards. When we advertise a discount, the reference price is a price we actually charged before the promotion. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if an error affects your order we contact you before shipping with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) using industry-standard encryption; card details never touch our systems. Charges are made at the time of order and show on your card statement as TTREKO.COM. Orders may be held for verification when the billing and shipping details do not match or our provider detects unusual activity; we will contact you if we need anything. For any billing question, write to support@ttreko.com and we will look into it right away.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost data — to the extent the law lets us exclude them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that consumer protection law does not allow us to limit. Where your state or country does not permit some of these exclusions, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

9. Site Rules

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including the Ttreko name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to support@ttreko.com.

11. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

Products are covered by the 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of that limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Site itself is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to describe products accurately and to show them as they are. Colors may vary slightly with your screen settings, and dimensions are approximate unless stated as exact. Our products are unbranded, generic items sourced from selected manufacturers; any brand names appearing in descriptions are for compatibility reference only and do not indicate affiliation. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order ships; if an item becomes unavailable we contact you with the options of waiting, a substitute or a full refund. We do not use false scarcity or countdown claims.

14. Disputes

These Terms and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, 815 ILCS 505/1 et seq. where it applies. Please contact us first at support@ttreko.com: almost every issue is resolved by our support team within a few days. Arbitration agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general or with the Federal Trade Commission.

15. Other Terms

These Terms can change; check the date at the bottom of this page, and remember that each order is governed by the Terms published when it was placed. Should a court hold any clause invalid, the other clauses remain binding. Not enforcing a right today does not mean we give it up. Together with our Return and Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies, these Terms are the complete agreement between us, replacing any earlier terms. Rights under these Terms are personal to you and not transferable; we may transfer ours if the business is sold.
